About the event

Kimberley Moore Kimberley is a singer, musician, composer, performer and workshop facilitator based in Norfolk. Singing and writing helps her make sense of the world. Playing guitar and ukulele, Kimberley writes and performs semi-autobiographical lyrical songs with a twist.

Karen Reilly Karen Reilly is lead singer with The Neutrinos and a founder member of KlangHaus; performers and producers of immersive sound, art-rock, cinematic, full-on and pin-drop quiet shows sometimes in complete darkness. “Reilly is very theatrical in her work. The Neutrinos are never less than attention-grabbing”.

Helen Ivory is a poet and visual artist. She edits the webzine Ink Sweat & Tears and teaches online for NCW. She is working on her sixth collection for Bloodaxe Books: Constructing a Witch, which will appear in October. She will be running some sessions for the (free of charge!) Tilted Women poetry reading group at Norwich Arts Centre on the subject of the female body:…/

Lauren Dove Lauren Dove specialises in Soul, Gospel and Blues. Lauren fronts The Dove and Boweevil Band and has written two albums. The Dove and Boweevil Band reached number 2 in the IBBA Blues charts with their album This Life. Tonight is a rare performance for Lauren as a solo artist. Her influences include Eva Cassidy and Aretha Franklin.

Suki Silver Tongue Suki Silver Tongue straddles the worlds of storytelling and poetry to dream up lusciously lyrical and sublimely subversive versions of classic tales.

Abby Bourke Abby is currently in their third and final year of study at UEA for English Literature and Creative Writing. Playing guitar, singing, writing stories and poetry- this is Abby's third public performance since coming to Norwich, and they hope to do a lot more of it in the future!

Mary Lovett Mary Produces Music, Composes for community theatre, directs community choirs, and leads early years music groups for very young children She developed an immersive interactive experience called “The Story Of Things” for audiences of four at a time and combined automata, digital triggers and sound design. “You can hear jazz samples and folk elements blending with finely crafted electronica that could see you stroking your chin just as easily as it could get your feet moving.”– Electronic Sound Magazine.

Samia Malik Samia is a UK based bilingual Urdu/English singer, songwriter, artist, producer fusing, extending and subverting traditional South Asian and Western musical ands literary forms to explore contemporary issues around identity, race and gender

Cath Evans Cath is a professional drummer and plays a varied range of material working with singer- songwriters, function bands and jazz ensembles, and performing in theatre productions.

Mary Van Beuningen Mary is a Bass Player, Farmer, Landscape architect.

Charly Jolly Charly Jolly is a music leader, clarinet and saxophonist and singer in community settings.
